What it costs

• Free while you are three people or fewer and turning over $250,000 a year or less. Both have to be true.
• Free at any size for charities, schools, colleges and universities.
• Government bodies pay from the start, at whatever size they are. The free startup tier is not open to public bodies.
• Above that, you pay by the size of the organisation. We never charge per person, so adding someone to your team never costs you anything.
• When you set the company up we ask how many people work there, what it turned over last year, and whether it is a nonprofit, a school or a government body. You see what that costs straight away. We do not ask for exact figures and we never ask for paperwork.

• Somebody at your work has already set this up. Ask them to invite you rather than creating a second company here. An invitation arrives by email and carries its own link. A company you create here would be a separate one, with none of your colleagues in it.
